Air-conditioning at me workplace must have gone down several centigrades this past week. Have had this persistent cold for nearly two weeks now and no amount of flu medication has managed to get rid of it. Looks as if I'm stuck with it for quite a while more.... haiyoooo!!!!!

Am also freakingly sleepy at the mo'. Since Along and Mama are both off to Sabah, I've been assigned the honour (??!) of taking care of our home @ BC. So, sekarang ni, my days begin at exactly 5.30 a.m. and end at the ungodly hour of 1 a.m. the following day. Which leaves me with only 4 hours of sleep. Masuk kerja mata ala-ala ikan nak mati - kuyu semacam je.

Which will prolly explain why I get angry much easier these days. Pagi tadi, I've managed to pi** off one of my clerks. Pagi-pagi buta dah banyak cekadak. And sleep-deprived me lost no time into royally chewing his head off. And you guys know me laaar, kan?! Kalo aku dah start membebel tuh, memang berjela laaa jadinya. So, mamat ni terpaksa laaa menahan telinga dengar aku berleter. Serves him right!

Sekarang ni, am stuck at my desk, venting off my anger by furiously clicking on this poor keyboard. Am prolly gonna be like this for the rest of the day...

Oh, well.... That's life for you, eh?

Yes, I DO have trouble controlling my temper - I seem to lose my cool every other day or so. I've lashed out several times at innocent co-workers at the slightest mistake. And yes, my independent streak stretches over miles. Strong-willed? I kinda like to think I am so but nahh..... Stubborn, yup but I can be persuaded to change my mind at times. Fickle-minded me! You could say that I am a flake at times - my interests do change rather rapidly. My school friends can definitely testify to that.

Which brings me to my next point... which is.....

... a remark a school chum made durring a conversation a couple of nights ago. About my inability to compromise. It kinda got me thinking. About how I lack trust in others. I do admit I have difficulty trusting people - this was the one thing I noticed and admitted to while I was doing my outdoor module in Lumut. I have friends, yes, but the number of close friends I have and trust can be counted by just using one hand. And because of that, I tend to bottle up my emotions. Kinda like a time-bomb. Which would explain my mood swings... ehehh!

But seriously.... yes, I do not know how to compromise. I'm stubborn, temperamental, moody and pig-headed to the boot - it comes with being born a Taurus. To me, black is black and white is white. I do not see the various shades of grey in between. I've also been known to hold grudges over small incidents - the famous "rubber" vs "eraser" argument back in the old school days being one of them. I despise debating because eventually, all my points will be shot to pieces by the opposing team and I really hate that! My comfort zone is REALLY my comfort zone - I rarely venture out of it. Which is exactly why I will not do activities that will put me in a less favourable light.

Let's just put it like this. I hate being wrong. Full stop.

Anyhows, still had to go to work. Nasib baik keje tak banyak. Dunno how I'd cope if they were to pile up their work on me. Thank gawd for my super-efficient co-workers - rasanye my unit would collapse if they weren't around to help me out.

Yupp. Things are pretty much slowing down here at the office. It's either because (a) my immediate boss knows how reluctant I am these days to do his dirty work, (b) there's no work to be done, (c) my two superior bosses know not to bother me first - they should go to my immediate boss, or (d) I'm about to be transferred!!!

Am thinking about slacking off at my job. Hehehehee.... untung2, boleh kena transfer, kan?! Can't take it anymore. Seriously, don't think I'm cut out to be doing kerja-kerja admin nih. Penat. Mentally n physically. Think that's also prolly the reason why I'm getting sick all this while.

Haiyoo..... Feel as if I wanna take the rest of the day off. It's not much fun to be sitting in front of the god-damn pc with a runny nose. Am feeling a bit like Rudolph with my red nose. Tensen.

Am having trouble sleeping - it's 3 a.m. n here I am, blogging away....

Dunno lar, I guess when you're experiencing something new, you tend to get these mood swings. FYI, my friends will prolly vouch for the fact that I have weird mood swings n am very temperamental in nature. Being born in the Monkey Year n also having a bull as a star sign will also prolly add to that lar but I'm digressing here, aren't I?

Well, what I'm trying to get at is something pretty difficult for myself to admit. Am still confused about what has been going on. Certain days, I'm okay with things but on others, I get cranky n moody. Frankly speaking, have never had trouble keeping my working life n my personal life separate. But now, it's a different ball game altogether. Have no idea how things will pan out.

I'd be the first to admit that I'm a difficult person to handle. My mood swings are infamous n my constant nagging can be a trial for those not used to it. To find someone who can cope with that and more seems somewhat almost like a Mission Impossible.

So, what do I do when I meet someone who can tolerate that? Let go? Or play for keeps?

Ehehehh... Since moì birthday is coming up next week, lemme' just compile my own b-day wishlist. Am already 26 years old and this would be my first ever wish-list compilation. Who knows, I might just get one hot sugga-dadda that would be kind enough to indulge my wants - read, not needs yaa!!

Hahaha... I wish!! Fat chance laa, kan?!! Nah, just wanted to list it out. Makes it easier for me to organize my purchases. Gawd knows how I've been randomly buying stuff. Stuff yang tak diperlukan lak tuh!

Wristwatch *kinda keen on this real cool piece I saw in either april's cleo, female or marie claire. has this sorta braille-like kinda setting that is liquidy in form. like the "be strong" bangle laarr, only it's a watch... also, this really smart ladies bangle-watch in swatch. both carry a pretty hefty price tag to them... alas, where's prince charming when you need him, ay??!*
3. M.A.C. lipstick *nak yang macam along nyer. jubilee, please. iho' I think I can afford that on my own!! =p *
4. PS2 *kinda want my own. adik has it but susah ler - it's permanently stationed at his place in malacca*
5. Nokia 7370  *direct from the nokia l'amour collection. best giler. but considering that I already own a cutesy samsung phone, this one can wait a while! =p *
6. iPod nano *dah lama dah ngidam nak benda ni. but it kinda went down on my to-buy list. tho', wouldn't mind a bit if someone buys one of this for me. ehehehh!*
7. Proton Savvy AMT *in sterling black or apple green, please!! have always wanted to drive a manual car but couldn't deal with the clutch thingy. so, to actually have a local car allowing manual transmission minus clutch usage is something I definitely wanna sink my teeth into!! ahahah...*
8. iBook G4 *want my OWN laptop!! eheheh... apple has always fascinated me. n mac seems like a cool OS. hmmm... yg ni kena beli sendiri laa kot ye?!
